Can I make changes to my order?
We dispatch orders as soon as we receive it. If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 8-12 hours from placing the order.
Will I get a confirmation that my order was placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email once order is successful. We always send a confirmation, if you don't receive it, please also check your spam/junk folder.
How long does it take for my orders to be shipped?
We process and ship orders in 2-3 working days.
Will the current global situation (COVID-19) affect the shipping time?
We still process and dispatch our orders on time. Unfortunately, some couriers have advised of some delays. Shipping time may be a bit lengthened, there are also delays that's outside our control. We ask for your patience during this time.
